The draw for the raffle window made on the 30th at midnight was not credited back to me and I did not win no plus🙄. I thought it would be done during the day and I put away my remaining points. But this morning, I notice that the items drawn by lot on the 31st at midnight and that I did not win either were also not re crédités😢. So the problem persists for 48 hours, my account is dry today.
I didn't find any information about it on the forum, could someone tell me about it? 😲
