Hello

I have just made a purchase of a Pass' for the first time.
So I chose to take 12 passes by phone, so I got my 12 free passes!

On the other hand, I was wondering if it was normal for my "dreamcarte" not to count
these Pass'.... Indeed, I thought I could enjoy the "Bronze" benefits but on the card
I see written: "you have not acquired a pass' since opening your account "

I wanted to know if there was a procedure to delete to activate this card or maybe a waiting time in the consideration of my purchases...
