Hello, I've been playing on madwin for 6 months now and its the first time I'm disappointed

I recharged my account with 42 credits !!!

On my dream card it is not displayed anymore I used its credit for the Party times game I won 1 pocket vaporizer it displays it to me in MY ACCOUNT in MONITORING GAINS

two minutes later I win another one and it is NOT DISPLAYED


Help me please!!!!
